Privacy Policy

Effective October 14, 2026

This policy explains what information I collect when you visit launch.danwaldrop.com or book a call with me, how I use it, and the choices you have. "I", "me" and "my" mean Dan Waldrop. "You" means anyone who visits these pages or books a call.

What I collect

Information you give me. When you book a call, the scheduling form asks for your name, email address and phone number, along with your answers to a few questions about your business, such as your website, what you sell and your marketing goals.

Information collected automatically. When you visit these pages, cookies and similar tools record things like the pages you view, the buttons you click, your browser and device type, your approximate location based on your IP address, and the ad or link that brought you here (for example, UTM tags or ad click IDs).

How I use it

  • To schedule your call, send confirmations and reminders, and prepare for the conversation
  • To follow up with you about the call and any work we discuss
  • To understand which pages and ads work, and to improve them
  • To show ads to people who visited these pages, and to measure those ads
  • To keep these pages secure and to meet legal obligations

Tools and services I use

I share information only with the service providers that help me run these pages and calls, and only so they can do that work:

  • iClosed runs the booking calendar and form
  • GoHighLevel hosts these pages and stores contact records
  • Google provides Google Analytics, Google Fonts and Google Meet for the call
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) provides the Meta Pixel, which measures ad results and builds ad audiences

These companies handle information under their own privacy policies. I may also share information if the law requires it, to protect my rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of my business.

I do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and ad choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage the ads Meta shows you in your Facebook ad preferences. Some pages may not work as intended without cookies.

Calls, texts and emails

If you give me your phone number when you book, I or my scheduling tools may call or text you about that call, such as confirmations and reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in the email, or by emailing me.

How long I keep it

I keep your information as long as it's useful for the purposes above, for as long as we work together, or as long as the law requires. After that I delete it or remove what identifies you.

Security

I use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask me to tell you what personal information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Depending on where you live, including under Texas and other U.S. state privacy laws, you may have additional rights. Email [email protected] and I'll respond within the time the law requires. I won't treat you differently for making a request.

Children

These pages are for business owners and are not meant for anyone under 18. I don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If I change this policy, I'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
